I am pleased to share our second sustainability report with you, a milestone that marks the consolidation of the journey begun in 2024.
From the very beginning, at Ursus we have deeply believed in sustainability as an integral part of our way of being and doing business. We have invested in efficient technologies, advanced energy solutions, and environmentally friendly production processes, without ever forgetting that people are at the center of everything: our employees, our customers, and the communities in which we operate.
With this new report, we want to transparently explain what we do and how we do it, because for us, sustainability means responsibility, vision, and a concrete commitment to a better future.

Ursus has reached a significant milestone with the publication of its first Sustainability Report, marking a new chapter in the company's long-standing commitment to creating a better future for generations to come.
For years, Ursus has invested in technologies and practices aimed at reducing its environmental impact and improving quality of life, always placing people—employees, customers, and local communities—at the center of its mission.
The report embodies the company's values of transparency, responsibility, and determination in pursuing a business model that values not only economic performance, but also social and environmental impact. It represents the culmination of a consistent journey toward sustainability, in an ever-changing and often uncertain market, in which Ursus has remained true to its vision and principles.
This publication introduces the "URSUS Sustainability Journey," a journey rooted in the brand's founding values: passion as the driving force of progress, collaboration and determination as the foundations of relationships and results, and sustainable innovation as a means to minimize the environmental footprint.
