In any case, the goods leave the Ursus SpA warehouses, or partner warehouses, in excellent condition, intact, and inspected. In the event of an accident, if you have registered your wheels on our website, Ursus will support you by offering a single rim replacement* at half the list price + 80 euros (+ VAT) for labor, replacement of nipples, stickers, and any spokes (shipping excluded). If you would also like to overhaul the hub and replace the bearings (SKF), you can do so for just 25 euros (+ VAT). *In the event of

Ursus SpA delivers its products throughout Europe and internationally via trusted couriers. Free shipping and returns are guaranteed EXCLUSIVELY to EU members for orders over €100. Shipping costs for non-EU countries vary depending on the country of origin.

The average delivery time is between 7 and 10 business days, excluding weekends and holidays (excluding islands, remote locations, and made-to-order products). The delivery times indicated are purely indicative and non-binding, and do not depend on the will of Ursus SpA. They will also be indicated in the purchase order. The user receives an email from Ursus SpA when the goods are packaged and ready for collection by the courier. The courier sends a text message or email to allow tracking of the shipment. In the event of separate deliveries of multiple products ordered by the customer and forming part of a single purchase order, the right of withdrawal may be exercised within the fourteenth day following receipt of the last product ordered.
