LEGAL GUARANTEES OF CONFORMITY

All products purchased on the website www.ursus.it benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity as required by current European and national legislation. Consumers can specifically benefit from the guarantee provided for in the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree no. 206 of 6 September 2005), as set forth in Articles 128 to 135. It is specified that the Consumer is someone who purchases and uses goods for personal purposes and the Professional is someone who purchases products with the aim of using them for a professional activity.

Guarantees for the Consumer Customer

The seller is liable to the Consumer for any lack of conformity existing at the time of delivery of the goods. The seller is liable, pursuant to Article 130 of the Consumer Code, when the lack of conformity becomes apparent within two years of delivery of the goods . Any lack of conformity must be reported to the seller, under penalty of forfeiture of the warranty, within two months of the date it was discovered. In the event of a lack of conformity, the consumer has the right to have the goods restored , free of charge, through repair or replacement , or to an appropriate price reduction or termination of the contract , as provided for by Article 130 of the Consumer Code. The consumer may ask the seller, at his discretion, to repair the goods or replace them free of charge in both cases, unless the requested remedy is objectively impossible or excessively expensive compared to the other. Unless proven otherwise, it is presumed that any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within six months of delivery of the product already existed on that date, unless this assumption is incompatible with the nature of the product or the nature of the lack of conformity. To exercise the legal guarantee right, the user must provide proof of the date of purchase and delivery of the goods. It is therefore advisable to always keep the purchase receipt/invoice, as well as the shipping and delivery confirmation documents for the product . Products repaired, modified or altered in any way by the user are excluded from the legal guarantee . Any faults or malfunctions or defects of any other kind caused by accidental events or by liability attributable to the user or by non-compliant use of the product are also excluded. In the event of termination of the contract, the COMPANY undertakes to refund the price paid, plus shipping costs and any additional costs. In the event of a price reduction, this will be agreed upon in advance between the parties, and the COMPANY will subsequently refund the agreed amount in the manner and manner agreed upon.

Guarantees for the Professional Customer

The Professional may only benefit from the warranty for defects in the item sold pursuant to and for the purposes of Articles 1495 et seq. of the Civil Code. Please note that this warranty is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, and the defect must be reported within 8 days of its discovery.
