3 YEAR WARRANTY
By registering within one month of purchasing your products, you will automatically activate the one-year warranty extension. Current legislation provides for a two-year warranty; Ursus offers you an extra one.
5 YEARS OF CRASH REPLACEMENT
In the event of an accident, if you have registered your wheels on our website, Ursus will support you by offering a single rim replacement* at half the list price + €80 (+ VAT) for labor, nipple replacement, sticker replacement, and any spokes (excluding shipping). If you would also like to overhaul the hub and replace the bearings (SKF), you can do so for just €25 (+ VAT). *If the product is out of stock at the time of your request, we will offer a replacement with a similar one in production.
What you need to complete your product registration
SERIAL NUMBERS
On the inside of each Ursus rim (near the valve hole), there is an alphanumeric serial number. These serial numbers differ between the front and rear wheels: write them down and keep them handy during the registration process.
PROOF OF PURCHASE
Take a photo of your product's receipt, invoice, or purchase receipt. Then upload it to the registration form. Make sure the retailer's name, product name, and purchase date are clearly visible.
The system accepts up to 5mb per image.
