Crash Replacement Conditions

In the event of an accident, if you have registered your products on our website (we remind you that this must be done within 40 days), Ursus will support you by offering the replacement of the single rim* at half the list price + 80 euros (+ VAT) for labor, replacement of nipples, stickers and any spokes (shipping excluded).

If you also want to overhaul the hub and replace the high-speed bearings, you can do so for just 25 euros (+ VAT).

The offer is valid only once and exclusively for the original owner, two years from the date of purchase and after registration on the Ursus website.

The carbon wheel must be shipped at your own expense to Ursus Spa.
You must include the sales receipt and a description of the damage. The tire, cassette, and brake disc must be removed before shipping.
The damage must affect the functionality of the wheel (optical damage is excluded).
The service is active exclusively for EU member countries.

Please note that any service intervention will be subject to a fee, except for structural manufacturing defects covered by the warranty. This service is available exclusively for wheels currently in our collection. We will do our best to get back to you as soon as possible.
