PROJECT

This important project supported national and international commercial expansion in the bicycle sector through participation in specialized trade fairs, aiming to facilitate market entry and consolidation. The initiatives implemented helped promote the brands and strengthen Ursus's commercial position.

PURPOSE

The project included support for participation in international trade fairs, with a particular focus on Eurobike (Friedrichshafen, Germany), the largest trade fair in the sector. Ursus's objectives included increasing sales, strengthening relationships with existing customers, acquiring new customers, meeting with corporate partners and distributors, analyzing the market and competition, and strengthening brand image and awareness.
Ursus constantly strives to offer cutting-edge products, adapting to market needs. Participation in trade fairs is not only a showcase for new products, but also a testing ground that values consumer opinion and offers direct contact with key industry players.

RESULTS

The events were a crucial meeting point for the commercial sector, facilitating new opportunities for exchange with international customers and allowing Ursus to strengthen its position as one of the leading brands in the two-wheel market.
These events encouraged the exchange of ideas and experiences with business partners and offered a valuable showcase to promote the brand and its products.
